Digital Services 
Our digital services are a great alternative to traveling to a branch. We can meet nearly any need you have, from wherever you are — no traffic and no waiting. They’re free and oh-so easy to use. If you need a hand getting started, please give us a call — we’re here to help.

Appointments are required to meet with a representative in Mortgage Lending, Consumer Lending, Member Services, Business Banking and our Safe Deposit area.

The Hiway Online Appointment portal is available for you to schedule a time to access your box.

We will be glad to assist you—we may be able to help you over the phone or arrange a video call, to avoid a trip to the branch. If an appointment is necessary, we’ll take care of the scheduling for you.

  • If you feel sick or exhibit any signs of illness, please do not enter the building. This is for everyone’s safety.
  • We will limit the number of members inside the building so you may need to wait outside until entering.
  • Outside the building there will be markers to ensure everyone is keeping a safe and acceptable distance.
  • We require you wear a face mask at all times while in the branch.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the receptionist desk for your use.
  • Plexiglass dividers will be in use at desks and at the teller line, and you will notice our member-contact associates wearing masks and/or gloves.
  • Please follow the directions on signage to ensure safe social distancing.
  • If possible, please limit the number of people in your party to those required to complete your transaction.
