Dear Hiway Member,

We are Fully Operational and Open For You
As you’ve likely heard, Governor Walz has issued an Executive “Stay at Home” Order requiring Minnesotans to further limit their travel, beginning Friday and extending for two weeks. The order includes the designation of financial services—including credit unions—as “essential services,” meaning Hiway will remain open throughout this time, and that visiting Hiway when necessary to conduct business is considered acceptable travel.

Ways to Work With Us
While we are open and here to serve you in person, we have had to make a few changes for the safety of our associates and our members. We have closed our lobbies to general traffic so most transactions should be conducted through our drive-thrus or at our ATMs. If you prefer to stay at home, we can meet nearly all of your financial needs remotely, and we highly recommend you give some of our digital/remote services a try. We can help you with a wide range of items by phone, as well as via our easy-to-learn mobile solutions. If you need to access a safe deposit box, you can make an appointment.  I can’t say it enough – we are here for you, and we’re fully able to meet your financial needs.

Additional Resources
The health, safety and financial well-being of our members and associates is our top priority. You can learn more about what we’re doing, see answers to Frequently Asked Questions, and find out how we can help on our COVID-19 information page.

In addition, the Minnesota Credit Union Network has launched a new website with additional resources for members, covering topics ranging from financial counseling to food insecurity.

Thank you
We deeply appreciate your membership and loyalty. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 651.291.1515 or toll free at 800.899.5626 if you have any questions or need further information.
