Welcome to September, with its football, bonfires and distance learning. While our summer may have looked a little different than in the past, we hope you were able to get out, enjoy the weather and take in some of our region’s natural beauty.

At Hiway, we remain open to serve you, and, as we move into the fall, we wanted to share a few reminders about how we’re operating during this time.

Digital Services
Our digital services are a great alternative to traveling to a branch. We can meet nearly any need you have, from wherever you are - no traffic and no waiting. Mobile Deposit, Bill Payment, Online Banking and our extensive ATM network are available to all our members. They’re free and oh-so easy to use. If you need a hand getting started, please give us a call – we’re here to help.

Branch Visits
If you do need to stop by a branch, please review the following information. As we move through the COVID situation, health and safety guidelines are in place in accordance with recommendations from the State of Minnesota and the CDC. Please remember masks are required inside all of our locations.

Before making a trip to the branch, please give us a call first. We may be able to help you over the phone, and you can avoid the trip. Our phone lines are available for you 24/7.

Mortgage Lending, Business Banking and Safe Deposit are by appointment only.

  • If you would like to meet with a member of our mortgage lending or business banking team, please call us for an appointment.
  • To access your Safe Deposit Box, please visit our Online Appointment portal to schedule a weekday visit. Please note we are not making safe deposit appointments on Saturdays. 

Consumer Lending:  If you need to meet with an associate in consumer lending, we strongly encourage you to call for an appointment to ensure we are ready to serve you. We will accept walk-ins as availability allows.

Saturday Branch Service:  If you need to visit us in a branch for services on Saturday, we are available by appointment only. Please call us at 651.291.1515 or 800.899.5626. No appointments are necessary for the Drive-thru.

General Banking
For members seeking teller transactions, account openings or other miscellaneous needs, we welcome walk-in traffic during the weekdays (please see above for Saturday information), with limitations. Please be aware we are operating with both limited staff and limited space, and that you may need to wait outside should we reach our capacity. Please dress for comfort with our new cooler temps!
