Branch lobbies are reopening June 12!
For those of you who have missed that in-person branch service, we have some good news! Beginning Saturday, June 12, our lobbies will be back open Monday - Saturday without capacity restrictions.

That’s great to hear! But why not just open back up fully now?
We are taking a little extra time to ensure we are able to staff properly, bringing more associates who had been working from home back to the office to serve you. With the school year ending, this becomes easier to do.

Do I still need to wear a mask?
At this time, the City of Minneapolis still has a mask mandate in place, we do request that you wear a mask when visiting our Minneapolis branch. Masks are not required at our other locations. You may wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable and our associates will follow suit and wear a mask when assisting you. 

Do I still need an appointment?
Please continue to make appointments (M-F) for matters related to Mortgage Lending, Consumer Lending, Member Services and Business Banking. This minimizes wait time for you, makes certain we are ready for you on our end, and ensures you can get what you need to get done, done. We will not be scheduling appointments on Saturdays.

For Safe Deposit Appointments
We will continue to require appointments for safe deposit box access – this has worked well to minimize waiting around. The Hiway Online Appointment portal is available for you to schedule a time to access your box.

Please be patient
It’s been a while since we’ve operated “normally,” so we expect it’ll be a bit of an adjustment for everyone. Prior to the pandemic, our St. Paul branch was often extremely busy, with lines both in the lobbies and the drive-up. If you’re able, we do encourage you to stop by one of our other locations – Minneapolis is a short drive south, and our new branch in Roseville is now open for business! Nicole and her Minneapolis team or Maureen and the Roseville team would be happy to welcome you.

If you need cash, check out our network of over 64,000 Surcharge Free ATMs (some, though not all, accept deposits – you can sort for this feature). 

Our Roseville branch also features Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) for teller transactions (withdrawals and deposits, among many other functions) in both the lobby and the drive-up.
