Monday, June 8 will be another step toward being able to serve our members in some more traditional ways as we open our lobbies to conduct business. We can’t say enough about the patience and the flexibility of our members during that past couple of months. We’d also like to thank our associates who have worked very hard to serve you while being diligent in keeping everyone safe.

Our lobbies will look and operate a little differently than prior to the closure and all of these new guidelines and procedures have been put in place to protect the health and safety of our members and our associates. Please review the information below for recommendations, appointment scheduling and what to expect when visiting the branch.

Saturday lobby visits will need to be scheduled by phone, please call us at 651.291.1515 or 800.899.5626.

Many of our members have utilized our mobile solutions, including online and mobile banking and mobile deposit to meet their financial needs. If you need assistance utilizing any of these services, please give us a call and one of our associates can answer any questions and help you get started.

What to expect when visiting our lobbies

  • If you feel sick or exhibit any signs of illness, please do not enter the building. This is for everyone’s safety.
  • We will limit the number of members inside the building so you may need to wait outside until entering.
  • Outside the building there will be markers to ensure everyone is keeping a safe and acceptable distance.
  • We request you wear a mask at all times while in our branches.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the receptionist desk for your use.
  • Plexiglass dividers will be in use at desks and at the teller line, and you will notice our member-contact associates wearing masks and/or gloves.
  • Please follow the directions on signage to ensure safe social distancing.
  • If possible, please limit the number of people in your party to those required to complete your transaction.

We are excited to welcome you back into our buildings and even though we know that this is not how we all are used to conducting business, we appreciate your patience and understanding, and we look forward to seeing you and assisting you with your financial needs.
