Applications will be reviewed and scored by Hiway Credit Union Foundation Board Members. Applicants agree to accept the decisions as final. All applications and supporting documents will be kept confidential, become property of Hiway Credit Union Foundation and will not be returned. Applicants may be asked for additional documentation to support the grant application and agree to comply with the request. Hiway Credit Union Foundation reserves the right to disqualify applicants who make any misrepresentation on their application or supporting documents. Winners consent Hiway Credit Union Foundation and Hiway Credit Union to the use of his or her name, image, likeness, photograph and voice for advertising, publicity or promotional purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Hiway Credit Union Foundation is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
